Drip is a very powerful marketing automation suite. It allows you to create all kinds of email marketing campaigns, automations and a whole lot more.
It also integrates with your websites, shopping carts, and so many other services to give you a comprehensive picture of what your subscribers are doing. This is tremendously valuable information.
Fortunately, it also integrates very well with WordPress. This means that if your subscriber visits your site, you will be able to see that information in Drip.
And if they visited your before subscribing, you’ll be able to retroactively see exactly which pages they visited.
This gives you a good idea of what led to them subscribing in the first place.
Here’s how you do it.
When logged into your WordPress admin area, go to plugins and click on “Add New”.
Search for “Drip Marketing Automation Plugin”.
Once you find it, click the “Install” button.
Once installed, click on Activate.
This will take you Drip Settings in WordPress, where it will ask for your Drip Account ID
Log into your drip account and click on these three dots up to the top right of the screen.
This will take you to your Account Page. Scroll down to the bottom and you’ll find your account ID.
Copy that account ID.
Go to your Drip Setting in your WordPress admin area and paste the in the appropriate space.
Click on “Save Changes”
You now have drip tracking enabled on your site. Drip will now get all of the info about how often your subscribers visit my site and what pages they visit.
