September 1, 2011

First off, I apologize for the quality of the left side of the video (me), my recording didn't come out well, but fortunately Tyrone had a decent backup copy.

Secondly, WOOHOOOOO, My first video episode 😀

Listen to This Episode

This is one to watch, not just sit down an listen to on your iPhone. In today's episode, I interview Tyrone Shum from Outsourcing Live on how he went from working 60 hours/week on his Dragonboat Paddles Business all the way down to 10 hours/wk using principles of outsourcing.

Tyrone tells us exactly how he did it, but not just that. He also gives some step by step instructions on how we can apply those principles to our business, regardless of what our business is.

    • It was fun indeed. Thanks for sharing so much value. I really do hope my audience takes action on what you said, because it can transform their business.

Take care man. We’ll keep in touch (hopefully better than before, lol).

  • Great video podcast Leslie. I love learning from Tyrone. I was one his Niche Site Coaching students earlier this year and I learned a ton of things about how to create niche websites and outsourcing! Regarding outsourcing don’t forget your family or friends who may be able to do tasks and make a few dollars on the side. I have outsourced a lot to my sister and it has been great because we are able to help each other out!

Glad the sites back up! 🙂

  • […] Tyrone Shum from Outsourcinglive.com. What he has taught me is an extremely valuable lesson. One that I’m implementing now, and benefiting a lot from, and that is this. In your online business, do not do everything yourself. you need to outsource strategically if you want to grow your business beyond what you can think or even imagine. I mean, when you leverage outsourcing, lots of awesome things are going to happen, and that is what I am learning right now, I’m implementing right now, and it is making the biggest difference in my business, in my personal life even. I don’t have to spend as much time on my business, and I want to thank Tyrone Shum for that. […]
