The Freebie Guy Update post: All of the recent Developments

November 2, 2010

Wow, it's been a very interesting Month. There have been more developments in my online business over the last month than there have been for a very long time. So many, that I feel the need to right a detailed post letting you guys know where I am, where I'm going, and what you can expect.

The 7 Day Bootcamp

I won't say too much about this, because I've already said enough in the last few posts. The 7 Day Bootcamp has been very successful. A lot of people have gone through the training and found value in it. I've redesigned the landing page and the layout of the site to make it more user-friendly and will be constantly working on making it better, adding more resources and just giving as much value as I can possibly give.

I would also like to say a very special THANK YOU to all of you who have gone through the training and provided me with valuable feedback. That's very much appreciated because it I will be using those suggestions to make the Bootcamp even better than it right now.

I've also really enjoyed the Free Coaching calls. In fact, there are a few spots left at the time I'm writing this, although they might not be available when you are reading this, depending on when that is. Click Here for more info about the Free Coaching Calls.

I'm a featured Columnist on Entrepreneurs Journey

If you've been reading my blog for a while, you know how much I respect Yaro Starak and what he does at His Blog Mastermind training program has transformed the way I do business online and has played a HUGE role in my online success.

Well, in the middle of the 7 Day Bootcamp launch, Yaro approached me and asked me if I would like to write for his blog. Can you guess what my response was? HECK YEAH! I even asked him if it was a rhetorical question, lol.

As of October 6th, I've been writing articles for his blog, and it has been a great experience. It has given me a significant amount of exposure and I'm now an official Entrepreneurs Journey Columnist. YAYYYYYY!

Here are links to articles I've already written for the blog:

The Freebie Guy's Resource Sheet

One of the things that has happened as a result of the growth of my blog is that more and more people contact me asking me what I use for different aspects of my business. This ranges from wordpress plugins to themes, training programs to software.

So I decide to put together a resource sheet showing EVERYTHING I use in my business. This includes a ton of FREE resources and some paid resources, with explanations as to what they are and how I used them.

I didn't leave anything out of this (at least nothing that I can think of). I went through my wordpress installation, my computer and my browser favorites to find everything I touch online that has to do with growing my business. I'm providing this to you free of charge for subscribing to my RSS feed, with the hopes that it can help you in your online business.

You can subscribe via email by entering your email below. By doing so, you will receive an email with all my blog posts as I write them and stay up to date on what's happening here, and get all the tips I provide on how to grow your business sent directly to you via email. At the bottom of the email, you will see a link to download my resource sheet.

My Posting Schedule

Now that I've completely finished the launch and first round of the 7 Day Bootcamp, I have some more time to post to my blog. I want to be consistent with posting from here on out, so I've decided to post twice a week consistently – On Tuesdays and Thursdays. This way, you know exactly when you can expect new content, more resources, and tips to help you grow your online business. So come back every Tuesday and Thursday to get my updated content. I'm really going to be using this blog to enhance what I teach in the 7 Day Bootcamp.

Your Comments

What do you think about everything I'm doing at my blog and as a part of the bootcamp? What do you think about me posting On Entrepreneurs Journey? What do you want to hear from me on Tuesday's and Thursdays? What will help you most in your business? Pick one (or more) of those questions, and let me know in the comments below. Hi Leslie,

after reading a guest post at I visited your blog the first time. I did the 7 Day Bootcamp and it helped me in some ways. Thanks for recommending Market Samurai and the clear focus on creating value.

    Best wishes,

    • You are very much welcome Jan,

Glad to have you hear and I’m also glad that you’ve found value in the 7 Day Bootcamp. Yep, Market Samurai is pretty amazing at what it does. It has saved me a ton of headache.

      All the best!

I don’t see how you keep up with all of this stuff, your family, and your classes that you teach too. May have to start calling you “Amazing Guy”, or “Super Guy”, or something. I’m trying to learn though, and hoping just a little bit of your secret rubs off on me, so I’ll have something to share with someone else. Thanks for all your help, you are a gentleman.

    • LOL, I don’t know about all that “amazing” and “super” stuff.

I just try to simplify and focus what I’m doing. It’s all about deciding on the few things in life that are important and focusing on those things.

Just keep taking action and you’ll be fine David šŸ™‚

Well firstly, after checking Yaro’s blog post about you and freebie trading, it inspired me only because you’ve now given recognition to the freebie industry and It made me work that much harder on my site.

Your 7 day bootcamp, i’d have to say was a total Asset, It cleared my mind about Traffic Generation after I’ve been getting loads of emails of “New Traffic Secrets…” etc. Since day 7 I’ve chosen to and have been sticking with it..

On your future posts, i guess I’d like to see a bit more about “Creative Ways” to inspire new content and or traffic. I’d also like to know what YOU DO everyday to make sure you business continues to grow…

  • Thu Nguyen says:

Congrats Leslie! I am so proud of you. I’ve been following you for awhile ever since I’ve done freebies as well. Ah, am not in the market of that anymore but am always checking in around here because I admire your skills with business. Furthermore, I am a Blog Mastermind student.

With the recent launch of your Bootcamp, I was curious, so I subscribed as now I am in the blogging market and am just about to launch my mailing list. So I gotta say you’re an inspiration! Great to see you as a regular columnist on EJ as well. Will surely check out your articles.
