One of the best ways to get to know exactly what your audience wants is by doing regular surveys. In the past, this was something I did using services like Survey Monkey or Polldaddy.

These are great services. However, they cost money if you want more than just the basic features, or the ability to survey more than 100 people.

When I saw that GetResponse offered this as a part of their service at no additional cost, I was thrilled. Now I can easily create surveys with no limitations on how many people you can survey.

Also, I get the added benefit of being able to track responses in the same service I use for building my email list. That's a win win for me.
