This is the last way of making money in the Freebie Industry. In this method, instead of claiming cash prizes for your referral, you claim physical prizes such as ipods, flatscreen TVs, stereo systems and just about any other electronic items you can think of. It doesn't just stop there. You can get just about anything you can think of (within reason).

Now the logic behind this method is as follows – why pay for something you can get for free (almost)? It's a beautiful thing when the mailman arrives, delivers something valuable to you that you didn't even have to pay for (not even for shipping). This can be a GREAT way of getting free prizes for yourself or gifts for a friend or family member.

An extension of this method is getting these free prizes and selling them on Ebay. Although this works in theory, it is not a method that I practise or that I would want to practise. The reason for this is as follows: Lets say I refer the right amount of people to a freebie site. I have the option to get a free ipod, or to take the cash equivalent. In my mind, it does NOT make sense to take the item and then have to go through the process of listing it on ebay, paying seller's fees, just to get money that I could've gotten without going through the extra hassle.

Now there might be some out there that disagree with me. If so, please speak up, because I would love to hear other opinions.
