As a silver haired NEWBIE, I would very much like to compliment you on your video tutorials - they are truly excellent.

This is particularly the case, in respect of how you explain the methodolgy to complete the respective tasks and, in the delivery of the information - where the voice is clear, precise and, spoken in a manner that makes for very easy listening and ultimately easy learning :)

As I say, in being a comparative newbie, I have trawled the web for all kinds of information, as I am seeking to set up an internet presence and a small internet ebiz in info products….. Well small today ..tomorrow the world lol.

So I now very much look forward to exploring your site more fully and, looking at your blog info also - As I need to start somewhere and on first glance, this looks a great place :)

awesome videos. i am trying to find my way through the jungle of how to become a blogger/internet marketer but i seemed to keep going round in circles until now.

i am a technophobe and my eyes glaze over when i see anything remotely technical, eg whenever i read instructions on how to link domain names to web hosts or anything of a similar nature.

gideons presentational style is so clear and concise (and you can pause and rewind the videos if you are not sure). i have learned more in a few hours than in the previous few months. i can´t believe this is free !! thanks for all your help guys, keep up the great work,

This has got to be the best, most informative, easiest to use video EVER. I tried reading the Dummies Books, Idiot’s Guides etc. and your video beats them all hands down. I was totally lost trying to understand what the books were saying and gave up after only a few pages. I love the way you TELL us what to do but then actually SHOW us how to do it .. what the screen looks like, where to look for the tab etc.
I can’t thank you enough for making such a thorough, informative and virtually idiot-proof ‘How To’ video! My business website isn’t finished yet but I guess there’s nothing to stop me blogging before hand, now I know exactly how to do it. I’ve always loved to write but didn’t know how to ‘get it out there’ until now.
The video is extremely well done and I look forward to seeing more of them but for right now … I’m going to go get blogging!

Thank you Yaro and Gideon for such a great site and fantastic videos. You are an inspiration! These are just what I needed, as I am still on blogger and have domains ready and waiting to go for my new wordpress blogs - but still learning and finding the best plugins, creating my own themes with some great blog design software (rapidnichewebsites), and learning my way around hosting, FTP and cPanel - eek!

So many other videos out there are too basic and don’t show the whys and ins and outs, leaving a lot to still learn.

But your site is wonderful. Easy to navigate, lovely and clean on the eye, and lots of options. The videos are great quality and full of great info - I think I will have a look at Blip.tv too now :-)

Absolutely brilliant videos! RSS feeds are handy for keeping update on your favorite authors, bloggers, and websites. I like using them to update my websites automatically whenever I write a new post on my blog.

Dirty little secret:

You can also use RSS feeds in conjunction with Google Reader to “spy” on your competiors; Whenever they come out with a new product you will know. RSS is a great way to stay updated to news in your industry.

While I have two great techie guys who do this all for me, I find I am a little lost when they come to explain things - it’s almost like a different language sometimes! Nothing could have explained to me better than these videos!
I should have found this earlier than anything else, then I could have avoided setting up my current blog with Blogger, and instead I did that with WordPress with hosted + my domain name. I registered at several services with current URL, so it’s not easy to change everything once I get started, so I keep it in mind every word you say in these videos for my next blog.

These videos are very easy to be understood by a beginner like me, and I appreciate Gideon’s step-by-step guidance. Thank you so much, you did a great job!

That was fun! I went through the videos step by step from brainstorming for a domain name, to registering it at Namecheap and through the web hosting process at Host Gator. Now, I have my own blog at http://www.myvirtualwebsite.com and I’m really excited to start filling it up with content. I have chosen Talian 10 as my theme and I already have the RSS button nicely tucked in and the Feedburner is up and running.

Is there another set to follow on, by any chance? For instance, I have never understood how to add affiliate links, even though I have previously paid for an explanatory course, yet gained no more understanding. (Yes, I am a silver surfer!)

This video was very informative, and my personal favorite. I had no idea that feedburner could do so much, and all for free. I like how it gathers all the statistics and then provides the cool bubble wrap so you can see your stats visually.
This video actually answered other questions that I had when you went into the widget area, I didn’t even know that was there.
Wordpress is a very impressive blogging platform, I still have so much to learn about everything it can do.

How refreshing that you guys have taken the time and trouble to make videos on such a subject. I find written instruction somewhat complicated to follow being a visual learner. With very little knowledge of any coding I think I have everything in place. It has taken me a good few days to get the hang of word press, not used it before and have only been blogging for a couple of months.
